"Sweet Pea"

Bozeman, Montana, is home to the Sweetpea Festival held annually in August. It’s an old college town, the location of Montana State University ever since it was established in 1893. Many lovely Victorian homes are found around town, most on the hill topped by the campus.

This beauty, however, is located across town, down by the railroad tracks. The Luerkind family, the local brewers, wanted their dwelling close by their trackside business. It has been home to many families throughout the years.
